Position: Associate/Specialist – Customer Support(Voice process)

OJ Commerce Inc. is a fast growing retailer, serving the US market through OJ Commerce.com and various market places such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. OJ Commerce is a privately held, profitable company headquartered in Miami, Florida, USA with a 100% dedicated back – office in Chennai. The workhours are flexible with predominantly India business hours with some overlap with US Eastern Time business hours based on need.

Experience: Total 3-4 years’ experience in Phone support

Skill Sets:

1. Position responsible for resolving customer problems over incoming calls, Chats or Emails.

2. Handling Customer Inquiries
3. Reply to any complaints received from customers.
4. Reply to Customer Emails
5. Process Support Tickets
6. In this process, examining any mistakes made and give suggestions for upgrading the procedures.
7. Liable to assist in resolving issues of US customers within due course.
8. Absolutely liable to delight the potential customer with proper services.
9. Improve quality of customer interaction day-to-day.
10. Shall need to work through telephonic sessions with agents in foreign countries.

Desirable Qualifications:
1. Ecommerce / online retail experience
2. Adequate comfort in dealing with senior leadership (internal & external)
3. Communication Skills: Extremely good in verbal and written communication with the ability to explain ideas very clearly.
4. Self–motivated and flexible, with an ability to work independently.
5. Shift Timings: Flexible to work on Night Shifts- 6PM to 3AM & 9PM to 6AM IST
