DESCRIPTION
* Monitor customers’ reviews and answer their e-mails in French and English
Meets or exceeds quality and productivity goals assigned by management
Clear and courteous written and oral communication
Maintains a positive and professional attitude and represents the company with pride
Has appropriate sense of urgency for reviews and e-mail response times and service levels
– Follows the company policy and process to ensure proper processing of customer requests
– Evidence may be observed for demonstration of knowledge of application of the departmental resources, policies and procedures
Utilizes Customer Service Tool to provide an accurate answer and to provide an excellent customer experience
Customer issues are properly and correctly escalated. Consistently demonstrates timely, accurate and professional customer service
System and process issues including customer feedback trends, are proactively communicated to management
– Over achievement and delivering and exceeding customer expectations.
– All other duties assigned.
BELOW BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Must be duly qualified with a NQF Level 4 qualification
Both spoken and written proficiency with French AND English
1+ year customer service experience in a related field
Ability to navigate and troubleshoot the Internet
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, as well as MS Office applications
Good verbal and written communication skills
Flexible on working schedule. -(Shifts may begin and end after hours, outside of business hours)
–South African Citizen / Permanent Resident / Holder of legal right to work in South Africa

PREferred QUALIFICATIONS
– College degree preferred
– 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience
– Ability to multi-task with phone and computer skills
– Proficiency in handling high-pressure tasks in a rapidly evolving work setting while maintaining constant levels of quality and efficiency shown capacity to function as a productive team member.
